The conservation district is governed by five board of directors.

David Foley, Chairman Roger Tinsley, Vice-Chairman Ray Moseley, Secretary/Treasurer Tony Teel, Member Andrew Jones, Member Board meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month in the LCCD conference room at 6:30 a.m. Meetings are open to the public.
